Aparigraha – Yamas and Niyamas

Paul Litvin Video Leave a Comment

Aparigraha is non-attachment. It can be said that we are just passengers and our bodies are the vehicles for us to experience life. At the end of our lives our bodies return to being dust and stardust, while our souls live on transmigrating from body to body until we realize our true nature. In this case, we realize that nothing truly belongs to us, and what a realization this is! Aparigraha brings reverence, selflessness, an end to greed, and an ease through life. In this video learn more about Aparigraha and experience it first hand through the instruction of a divine healer, master meditator, and long-time yogi.
