Ishvara Pranidhana – Yamas and Niyamas

Paul Litvin Video Leave a Comment

Ishvara Pranidhana is surrender to the ultimate reality. This is perhaps the most esoteric yet profound of the Yamas and Niyamas. It is complex, but when understood will completely alter your life.

The ancient yogis discovered that you are not your body, you are not your mind, and you are not your senses. You are a divine soul. The soul that you are does nothing except observe the show of life. Actions that are taken help individualize the soul. Yet, if we identify with our ego then every action we take creates karma which binds us to this cycle of life after life, and away from our true bliss and identity.

To make sense of this all, to learn more, and to experience Ishvara Pranidhana, enjoy this video with Paul – transformational healer, master meditator, and long-time yogi.
