The beauty and fragrance of roses have been admired all over the world for ages. Yet the numerous health benefits of the Queen of Flowers are unknown to many. Roses are packed with antioxidants and vitamins E, D, C, A, and B. They have anti-inflammatory and anti-depressant properties, and relieve constipation and congestion.

The cooling and calming nature of roses wonderfully blossom in this simple yet elegant sun tea preparation.

Rose Sun Tea

  • Organic Rose Flowers, preferably fragrant (from not chemically treated plants and absolutely NOT from a florist)
  • Glass jar or bottle with a lid
  • High quality drinking water
  1. Fill half a jar with rose flowers.
  2. Fill the jar with water. Close the lid.
  3. Place the jar in direct sunlight on a hot day and allow to steep for about 4 hours.
  4. Strain and add a bit of ice to slightly chill if desired.
  5. Enjoy!
