The annual tradition continues! Be led through 108 evolving sun salutations as you enjoy expert adjustments and assists from AYI lead trainer Danny Litvin. The session begins with intention setting and wraps up with a most delightful and well-earned savasana. Though this is an all-levels program, know that it is physically demanding. You will sweat, you will work, you will be sore for at least a couple days, but it will all be worth it. Reserve your space early – this is one of the year’s most hotly anticipated events at The Ayurveda and Yoga Institute!

The Ayurveda and Yoga Institute’s Yoga College is a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Program with emphases on Ayurveda, leading private and group yoga sessions, teaching methodology, applicable philosophy, meditation, energetics, and personalized adjustments/modifications/hands-on assists. You will learn everything needed to transform your yoga passion into a lifestyle and, if you’d like, a successful career!

300-Hour Advanced Studies Teacher Training Program
Launches September 27, 2018.
Our Advanced Studies program is designed with those interested in profound exploration of yoga as well as those seeking to take their teaching to the next level. For this reason, this the syllabus offers a varied yet nuanced array of topics ranging from teaching tools (asana, anatomy, etc.) to life-changing topics (philosophy, ayurveda, etc.). This is a 300-hour Yoga Alliance approved program where graduates earn the RYT-500 status. Those enrolling must have completed a 200-hour yoga certification course.
