Dandelion Flower Tea

Dandelions are known as common weeds by many people, but traditional medicine regards them as powerful healers. They potent for blood purification, liver cleansing, and bile-flow boosting. These qualities are very useful during an annual spring detox.

Foraging dandelions is a very easy task, since these beautiful flowers grow literally everywhere! A word of caution though, pick your dandelions from pristine, ecologically clean areas, and NEVER from chemically treated lawns or along roadsides.

Dandelion flower tea has a pleasant mild taste which is well complemented with lime and honey.
