Nadi Shodhana, or Alternate Nostril Breathing, is an accessible breathing technique with a myriad of health benefits including improving relaxation, focus, mood, and health. In this 10-minute guided meditation, AYI lead instructor Danny Litvin will guide you through a practice of Nadi Shodhana for deep relaxation, energetic cleansing, and breath awareness.

About Nadi Shodhana

In Sanskrit, Nadi refers to 72,000 the energy channels that run throughout the body and Shodhana means “purifying.” As such, Nadi Shodhana is a supremely cleansing technique that brings balance to the body and mind while helping unlock latent spiritual potential. In the process, it promotes deep relaxation, improves concentration, and provides lasting energy.
