Post Meal Digestive Seed Mix

The process of digestion is critically crucial according to the science of Ayurveda. Treacherous toxins are created in the body and mind when foods aren’t properly digested, and a buildup of toxins prevents the proper digestion of future meals. In addition to eating proper foods in a healthy manner, one’s digestion can be aided with a teaspoonful of the post meal digestive seed mix. With healthy digestion comes health for one’s total mind-body.

The post meal digestive seed mix raises agni (digestive fire) without causing the inflammation corresponding to heightened pitta dosha. When consumed after a meal, this mix provides quick and effective relief from many digestive disorders including gas, bloating, IBS, cramps, malabsorption, and acid indigestion. In addition, the mix is rich in minerals including magnesium and provides diuretic, analgesic, and antimicrobial properties.
